
The SADC Human Rights & Poetry 2021 Virtual Festival has attracted 7 SADC Countries. The performers admitted into the festival are serial acts of the Southern African region spearheading wide-enjoyment of and demand for human rights in their poetry. The festival wishes to underscore the importance of poetry in the fight for equal enjoyment of human rights by all and also to cast light on the state of Human Rights in Southern Africa.

The Big Dream is to have a Physical Festival in 2022 which will begin with the Women Arts and Poetry Festival in March during Women’s month then the SADC Human Rights and Poetry Festival.
